Q. Where are you based?

A. Reflow Building, Unit 2 Spring Lane North, Malvern Worcestershire WR14 1BU - Please see map above.

Q. Can I call in at the studio anytime?

A. Yes, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am & 5 pm. However due to the nature of my work I may not be in so it is preferable if you call first so as not to have a wasted journey!

Q. Is there wheelchair access to your studio?

A. Yes.

Q. Do you take card payments?

A. Yes, I also accept bank transfers and cash.

Q. Would you visit us at home?

A. This service is currently limited, contact me for further info.

Q. I'm nervous/shy so can I bring a friend along for moral support?

A. Yes, I want you to feel relaxed so please feel free to bring someone along with you.

Q. Do you do nude photography?

A. Yes, if it is tasteful. No pornography - please contact me if you are unclear of the definition of this.

Q. Once you have taken the images, do I own the copyright?

A. No, as the photographer I automatically own the copyright to any images taken. If a watermarked disk is supplied to the client, this is available for viewing only and any printing from the disk will be an infringement of copyright, but if you wish to share the watermarked images on Social media, this is fine (the non-printing rule still applies to third parties). If you have purchased the high resolution unmarked images, these may be used to print from and can be shared (although recognition of the photographer would be appreciated!) but must not be altered or sold for profit (without my consent). Although you may possess the original images, I still own the copyright!

Q. Will my images be published on your website?

A. As the photographer and owner of the copyright, I reserve the right to use any of my images for promotional purposes, as without this I would have no business! Obvious discretion is used but client satisfaction is important to me so if you do not want your images published, please let me know preferably in writing prior to receiving them.

Q. Can you supply me with my photographs on the same day?

A. This depends on the time of your photoshoot and the amount of images required although I pride myself on meeting urgent deadlines. The usual delivery time for photographic prints is up to one week from your photoshoot. Canvases and wedding books etc. take longer and delivery may vary depending on the time of year.

Q. Do you have public liability insurance ?

A. Yes.

Q. Do you include photo retouching when processing my images?

A. Basic photo retouching is always included in my prices and if a client requests I remove a specific spot that has appeared overnight then I am happy to oblige at no extra cost. If heavy photo retouching is required on every image (i.e 'please remove all my wrinkles/bags etc') then there will be a charge for this. On wedding photographs if there is something unavoidable and unsightly spoiling the image, I will edit the photo/s to make the end result as pleasing to the eye as possible and free of charge.

Q. What size are your digital images supplied at?

A. Any digital images purchased are delivered at a maximum size of A4 (or 12 x 8ins) at 300dpi

Q. My event is abroad will you travel to cover it?

A. Yes, I am happy to travel worldwide.

Q. Do you work alone or with an assistant?
